Magazines for Miles believes in rewarding frequent flyers for their
hard-earned airline miles. That's why we've partnered with most of
the major airlines to provide magazine Rewards at NO CASH COST.
Please remember that although our standard magazine offers
require miles only, we also present special limited-time
offers that may involve a small cash amount.
Why would I redeem my miles for magazines?
Earning 25,000 or more miles to redeem a free flight can be
tough. Dealing with mileage expiration policies can be just
as rough. Therefore, Magazines for Miles strives to provide
a valuable opportunity for frequent flyers to keep their
accounts active by redeeming their miles for their favorite
magazines.
Why do I need my frequent flyer account number?
It's important to provide your frequent flyer account number so
that we may deduct the proper mileage amount and accredit your
mileage activity to keep your account active.
Can I gift my subscriptions and send them to a different address?
Your billing information is currently set up as your
delivery information. However, we recognize the value of
gifting subscriptions for that special someone, so we are
currently working on implementing a gifting feature. Please
be sure to check our site frequently for updates.
If you would like to send your magazines to an address
different from the one that appears on your order
confirmation, please go ahead and place your order first,
then contact our
Customer Service.
How long will it take for my miles to be deducted from my account?
Miles are often deducted within 2-4 weeks, but may take as
long as 6 weeks.
If your mileage activity does not appear on your account
after 6 weeks, please don't hesitate to contact
Customer Service.
Now that I've placed my order, when will my magazines be delivered?
Please allow 6-12 weeks for delivery.
If you haven't started receiving your subscriptions after
the given period, we encourage you to contact
Customer Service.
I ordered a few magazines, but haven't received them yet. Is there something wrong with my order?
Not necessarily. Please remember that your magazines will
be delivered within 6-12 weeks. If your magazine delivery
is past due, please contact
Customer Service.
Important: When placing your magazine order,
please be sure
to enter your billing information exactly as it appears in
your FF account. This will prevent further delay with your
order.
If you have discovered that the billing information you
provided differs from the one in your FF account, please
feel free to contact
Customer Service and adjust the
information accordingly.
I recently received a postcard in the mail stating that you "couldn't fulfill the magazine order". What does this mean?
There are a couple of reasons for why you may have received this postcard:
We may not be able to fulfill your magazine order
due to an invalid loyalty number or incorrect
billing information. It's important to enter your
information exactly as it appears in your frequent
flyer account to prevent further delay with your
order.
Unfortunately, during fulfillment of your order, your
magazine selection may have become unavailable due to
the overwhelming number of customers requesting the
same title. We are constantly updating our site with
exciting new offers, so please be sure to visit us
often to check the availability of your selection or
other titles of your interest.
I currently don't see the magazine that I want - do you offer any others?
Yes, we do! Your satisfaction is very important to us -
that's why we are constantly updating our program with new
magazine Rewards.
Additionally, magazines sometimes may not be offered for
miles only, but rather for a low cash amount or miles plus
cash. Be sure to visit our site frequently and check for
your favorite titles.

Yes! Simply confirm that you have a sufficient mileage
balance in your account, and then place a new order
approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the end of your current
subscription.
