Why do I need to provide my airline account
number?
We use this information to accurately deduct the
proper mileage amount and keep your account active.
We will never rent or sell this information to third
parties for marketing purposes.
How long will it take for my miles to be
deducted from my account?
Miles are often deducted within 2–4 weeks, but
may take as long as 6 weeks. If your mileage
deduction does not appear on your account within 6
weeks, please contact
Customer Service.
Can I redeem airline miles that I have with
other carriers?
Yes! Visit

redeem your miles for magazines.
ORDERING
If I order the same publication twice, will I
receive both subscriptions at the same time or
will I receive the second subscription at the
conclusion of the first?
You can order the same publication at the same
address up to three times within one year and, upon
approval, we'll fulfill them so that your second (or
third) subscription begins at the conclusion of the
prior one.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it
take for my magazines to arrive?
Please allow 6–12 weeks for delivery of the
first issue. If you haven't started receiving your
subscriptions after 12 weeks, please contact
Customer Service.
Can you ship my selections express?
No. While we do make every effort to send your
selections as quickly as possible, we are unable to
accommodate special shipping arrangements.
When I order a digital selection, what happens
next?
Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive an
email with steps on how to activate your
subscription so it can be viewed on your smartphone,
tablet, or computer.
I recently received a postcard in the mail
stating that my order “couldn't be
fulfilled.” Why did that happen?
There are a couple of reasons for this

You may have entered incorrect billing
information or an invalid loyalty number
when you placed your order. Please be sure
to enter your information exactly as it
appears on your frequent flyer account to
prevent further delay of your order.

Unfortunately, during fulfillment of your
order, your magazine selection may have
become unavailable due to an overwhelming
number of customers requesting the same
title. We constantly update our site with
new selections, so please be sure to check
back often to see our latest offers.
I currently don't see the magazine(s) that I
want, do you offer any others?
